   Are hemroids like a big thing to get over? everytime i search for a cure they always give me some telling me to order pills from some website.    You have to drink HEAPS of water (the lighter the colour of your urine the less dehydrated you are), have a VERY high fibre diet.

    eating alot of fiber will increasae the flow fo your stool, yes. but thats the point. you wont get constipated, less pressure, less hemorrhoids.
