   Hemorrhoids are varicose veins. The only way to cure them is to have them surgically removed. However, if you are having pain, Anusol is available without a prescription; Anusol HC is even better, but may require and Rx. Also, try sitting in a tub of warm water for relief. Hope this helps.

   hope this will help you

   1. Consume more fruit and vegetables, you need more diet fiber
   2. stop drinking alcohol, coffee or smoke
   3. don’t do any heavy exercise
   4. drink lot’s of water each day a least 2 Liter.
